The sun shines on London today, in celebration of Malcolm. We wouldn't be here without you! So many thanks for all you do. Go team!
William Morris Google Doodle
William Morris achieved 21st century celebrity status today with his commemorative Google Doodle. Happy 182nd birthday to one of the greats-- the founder of the SPAB!
The Sun Shines on Kingston
When the sun comes out for our day of external masonry surveying onsite, best to celebrate with a beautiful al fresco lunch by the river.
Happy spring :)
Surbiton Station
MFA visits Surbiton Station station today, in all of its Art Deco glory.
All Good Things Must Come to and End
A final site visit from Harry as our Richmond refurbishment nears completion. What a rear extension! Stay tuned for final photos of this project by our favourite architectural photographer Max Creasy.

Bye Bye Harry :(
We've been in denial all year, but now the time has come for Harry to spread his wings and fly to South America for an incredible travel adventure.
MFA sends him off in style this week. We will miss you terribly, Harry. Good luck!!
A Smile in the Grime
Clearly we aren't the only ones happy to see a successful brick cleaning trial on-site today!
Our salvaged brickwork is looking great!
Cupcakes from our Client
Thank you for thinking of us!!!
We LOVED them :)
MFA Christmas Snow Globe
Another Christmas and another interpretation of our favourite MFA headquarters to be designed and constructed for Malcolm.
Last year's version in gingerbread was hard to top, but this year Nicole and Harry replicated MFA HQ in 3D printed white plastic at miniature scale, complete with bespoke MF designed furniture! After putting it together piece by piece, they submerged the model in a permanent winter wonderland within a snow globe.
Christmas Jolly 2015
We celebrated another wonderful year at MFA with a festive and fabulous afternoon tea in the Oscar Wilde Room at Hotel Cafe Royal. Go Team!

Musee D'Orsay
Nicole took a trip to one of our favourite examples of adaptive reuse, the Musee d'Orsay.
The section model of Opera Garnier currently on exhibition is not to be missed.
Visitors peer downward at a large model of the Opera neighbourhood beneath a glass floor for context.
These are a few of my favourite things... delicately sculpted polychrome marble.
The museum's Art Nouveau furniture collection is always inspirational.
